An excellent cut SI-1 clarity enhanced and G color .75ct round diamond is set atop this 2.60ct total diamond weight 3 stone ring. Surrounding the solitaire are 1.25cts of round prong, bezel and pave set diamonds on the engagement ring. Two approximately .27ct each round diamonds are set to the sides of the solitaire while surrounding round diamonds are placed down the band and on its outsides. Its coordinating band consists of .60cts of round diamonds. The set is made in 18k white gold and it has an 8.5mm width at its largest point. Setting Information
Bezel Setting
This setting holds the diamond in place by having a continual groove cut out where the diamond girdle is inserted. The walls of the bezel are then folded down to keep the diamond in place.
Pave Setting
Multiple diamonds are set close together and are kept secure by gem spurs and beads. These beads are made of precious metal.
Prong Setting
A piece of precious metal known as a prong folds over an edge of the diamond. Multiple prongs are used to secure the stone, most commonly four prongs.
