Our 30 Day Risk-Free Return Policy

Your happiness is our priority. Our 30 Day Return Policy is in place to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you decide that you are not, you are able to return your item for a full refund less a $79 sizing fee per ring (if appicable) and the shipping and handling charges paid to ship your item to you. All items must be returned within 30 calendar days in the same condition as they were upon your receipt. Items that show visible signs of wear and tear or that have been modified in any way by an individual or jeweler other than Front Jewelers cannot be accepted for return. Solid Gold Men's Bands are subject to a $99 restocking fee as they are made to order. Custom orders and womens rings that have been made to order above a size 8 or below a size 5 are excluded from this return policy and cannot be returned - if a new size is needed, applicable fees will apply.

If our free 2 day service was used to ship your item to you, a $20.00 shipping fee will be deducted from refunds for purchases under $1000.00 or a $35.00 shipping fee will be deducted from refunds for purchases over $1000.00.

Custom Orders:

Production on custom orders begins immediately upon payment. Custom orders cannot be cancelled and cannot be refunded once they have been placed. Custom orders ship once paid in full.

Layaway Payments:

Layaway payments are applied as and are only refundable as store credit. 

Exchanges and Upgrades:

Beyond 30 days of purchase, items can be exchanged or upgraded a maximum of 2 times for any in-stock items (custom made items are excluded).  Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to exchanges.

Any remaining excess balance on an exchange shall be applied as a store credit which can be used at any time.

Custom jewelery is excluded from this policy as it cannot be exchanged. Center stones can be upgraded in size if the setting allows.

Return Process:

Refunds are processed within 1-2 days of receipt of your returned item. Please note that items which have been modified and/or sized by a jeweler other then Front Jewelers or that show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.

 Preparing A Return:

1. We are here to help. Call our customer service department at 877-376-1940 or email us at info@frontjewelers.net to obtain our shipping instructions.

2. Package your item along with all of the documents that were provided with it. Remember: For security, DO NOT use the term "Jewelry" anwhere on your shipping labels.

3. Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, FedEx or UPS insured for the total value of the contents, and obtain a receipt from the facility at which you drop off your package for shipment.

4. Once we receive your shipment, we will begin processing your refund. Refunds are applied to the original source of payment. Although Front Jewelers processes refunds within 1 business day of reciept, your financial institution can take up to 5 business days (in rare occasions 10 business days) to complete the refund on their and restore the funds to your account.
