Domestic Shipping

Most rings ship within 5-7 business days after purchase. Please check your specific ring's page to determine your estimated delivery date.

Front Jewelers proudly offers free shipping on every domestic order (with the exception of P.O. Box addresses) within the United States. If you require upgraded service or overnight service, you may make this selection at check-out at which time quotes will be displayed. All shipments to P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Each shipment is fully insured for the purchase price of your item and requires signature delivery confirmation.

If for any reason your package is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered to you and/or wasn't picked up by you in the allotted time, you will be charged for all extra shipping charges incurred by Front Jewelers including the re-shipment of the package to you.

Shipping to Front Jewelers

Please contact us to obtain our shipping instructions. Do not ship your jewelry to us before receiving these instructions. Do not use an envelope of any kind when shipping your jewelry. Only use a securely sealed box. This and all other pertinent shipping information will be included in our shipping instructions. If shipping your jewelry with a prepaid shipping label provided by Front Jewelers, please follow the shipping instructions included in the email sent to you containing your prepaid shipping label. If these instructions are not precisely followed, Front Jewelers will not be held liable for replacement or reimbursement of items lost in transit.

International Shipping

International Shipments:

UPS is used for all international shipments. Shipping quotes will be available at checkout. Please note that your shipping cost does not include any import fees your country may impose.

Customs Information

The country in which you live and receive packages may impose import, duties or tax fees that you are required to pay for shipments coming from the United States. These fees are your responsibility and are in no way imposed by Front Jewelers, Inc. They are separate from the cost of the item and shipping you paid to us and are directly assessed by the Country in which you are receiving shipment.

Please note the we cannot mark the item as a gift or value it for less then what was paid.

Payment for your item must clear before we process your order for shipment. Payment clearance typically takes 1-2 business days.
