Return Policy
Return policy is now extended to 30 days for every item. Items that say 14 days are now upgraded to 30 days.
All Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the item. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return your item for a full refund minus shipping and handling charges paid to ship the item to you. All items must be in the exact same condition as they were when sold. If altered in any way they cannot be accepted as a return. The amount that would be removed from a refund for the shipping and handling charges of our free FedEx 2 day mail service to ship to you is listed below:
Domestic Shipping:
- A $20.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a 0 - $1,000.00 item
- A $35.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a $1,001.00 - $2000.00 item
- A $45.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a $2,001.00 - $3000.00 item
- A $55.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a $3,001.00 - $4,000.00 item
- A $70.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a $4,001.00 - $5,000.00 item
- A $100.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a $5,001.00 and up item
Any Item Over $5,001.00 will need a direct quote from us
Example: Customer purchases a $1995 diamond ring and returns it to frontjewelers. They will receive a full refund of $1995 - $35 shipping fee for a total of $1960.
All items shipped by any service other than our free FedEx 2 day mail service will have their shipping and handling fees (that the customer paid) removed from the refund amount.
International Shipments:
The shipping price Paid will be removed from the refund amount.
Return Process:
Once we receive your return the refund will be processed within 1-2 days. Please note that items that were sized by a jeweler other then Front Jewelers or that show signs of wear cannot be accepted for a return.
Preparing A Return:
1. Call our customer service department at 561-865-7898 or email us at Returns@frontjewelers.net to obtain a return authorization number and the address to send the returned item to.
2. Package your item along with all of the documents that were provided with it.
3. Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Front Jewelers.
4. Once we receive it we will process the refund. Refunded payment will be made by the same process it was sent.
