Product Details

An excellent cut AAA quality 1.75ct cushion cut blue sapphire is placed atop this 3.35ct total weight ring. Surrounding the solitaire are 1.60cts of princess cut & round diamonds on the rings sides and outsides. This item is made in 14k white gold and it has a 7.5mm width at its largest point. All of the stones are 100% natural, and the solitaire is a natural sapphire that has been heated which is a standard treatment on all sapphires to increase its blue color. Accompanying the ring is a full independent gemological laboratory UGL diamond certificate as well as a separate Front Jewelers store appraisal. Both state its characteristics and reflect its appraisal value of $12,995. We offer a risk free 30 - day return policy which is detailed on our return policy page. Please feel free to ask any questions by email at Info@Frontjewelers.net or by phone Monday through Friday 10am - 5pm EST.

Setting Information

Bezel Setting

This setting holds the diamond in place by having a continual groove cut out where the diamond girdle is inserted. The walls of the bezel are then folded down to keep the diamond in place.

Channel Setting

Diamonds are set girdle to girdle in a groove. This groove is made of precious metal and is secured by hammering down its walls.

Pave Setting

Multiple diamonds are set close together and are kept secure by gem spurs and beads. These beads are made of precious metal.

Prong Setting

A piece of precious metal known as a prong folds over an edge of the diamond. Multiple prongs are used to secure the stone, most commonly four prongs.
